Review of the Graduation Rate for the 2015 Cohort that Successfully Graduated in 2019 - The Interim Commissioner will present high school graduation rates based on the cohort of students entering grade 9 in 2015.
Substantial Equivalency of Instruction for Nonpublic Schools - Department staff will discuss comments received related to proposed regulations to conform to Education Law article 65, Substantial Equivalence of Instruction.
Perkins V State Plan - Department staff will present for approval NYS’s Perkins V Plan as required in the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 as amended by the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act of 2018.

Proposed Amendment to Section 60.2 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education Relating to the Term Limits for Members of the Advisory Committee on Long-Term Clinical Clerkships - Department staff will present for discussion a proposed amendment to the regulation to eliminate term limits for the members of the Advisory Committee.
Proposed Amendment to Sections 59.14, 72.2, , 74.5, 74.6, 79-9.3, 79-10.3, 79-10.9, 79-11.3, and 79-12.3 and Addition of Sections 72.6, 79-9.9, 79-11.9, 79-12.9 the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education to Implement Provisions of Part Y of Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2018 Regarding the Practice of the Psychology, Social Work and Mental Health Practitioner Professions - Department staff will present for discussion proposed amendments to the regulations to implement provisions of Part Y of Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2018.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act 2020 Combined State Plan - Department staff will continue the January discussion on Title II Adult Education and Title IV Vocational Rehabilitation of the New York State WIOA State Plan.

Amendment to Subparts 30-2 and 30-3 of the Rules of the Board of Regents Relating to Annual Professional Performance Reviews (APPR) of Classroom Teachers and Building Principals to Implement Chapter 59 of the Laws of 2019 - Department staff will present revisions to the proposed regulatory amendments to establish requirements for APPR evaluations completed beginning in the 2019-2020 school year and thereafter to implement the provisions of Chapter 59 of the Laws of 2019 in response to public comment.
Proposed Amendments to Section 3.14 of the Rules of the Board of Regents Relating to the Composition of the Professional Standards and Practices Board for Teaching - Department staff will present proposed regulatory amendments to revise the composition of the PSPB for Teaching, including adding practicing, certified administrators to the Board and increasing the total membership to 30 individuals.
