SUMMARY:
Attached for your approval is the Statewide Profile of the Chapter 655 Report, the Annual Report to the Governor and Legislature on the Educational Status of the Schools in the State, known as New York: The State of Learning.
RECOMMENDATION: I recommend that the Board of Regents take the following action.
VOTED: That the Annual Report of the Regents to the Governor and Legislature on the Educational Status of the State's Schools be approved for submission to the Governor and the Legislature.
