T. Andrew Brown was first elected by a joint session of the New York State Legislature to serve a five year term effective April 1, 2012 and again for a second term effective April 1, 2017 representing the 7th Judicial District that includes the counties of Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates.
Dr. Christine Cea was first elected by a joint session of the NYS Legislature to serve a five-year term as a member of the Board of Regents beginning April 1, 2009. She was re-elected for a second term beginning April 1, 2014, and is currently serving a third five-year term as of April 1, 2019. Dr. Cea holds the 17th seat on the board representing Staten Island’s 13th Judicial District.
Lester W. Young, Jr. has made creating opportunities “where every student can be successful” the guiding principle of his more than 50 years of public service. He began his career with the New York City Department of Education, holding positions as: Teacher, Guidance Counselor, Supervisor of Special Education and Principal. During his tenure as Principal, PS 183 Brooklyn (Ocean-Hill Brownsville), was recognized as a School of Excellence by the United States Department of Education (USDOE) and the New York State Education Department (NYSED) in 1987.
Roger B. Tilles was elected to a five-year term as the Regent for the Tenth Judicial District, commencing on April 1, 2005, re-elected to a second five-year term by concurrent resolution effective April 1, 2010, and re-elected to a third five-year term effective April 1, 2015, and most recently re-elected to a fourth five year term effective April 1,2020.
