Adult Career and Continuing Education Services (ACCES) Committee Members 
Regent Cea, Chair, Regent Tilles, Regent Norwood, Regent Chin, Regent Collins, Regent Reyes, Regent Mittler, Regent Tanikawa, Regent Catania, and Regent Hale.

The ACCES Committee held its scheduled meeting on December 11, 2023.  All members were present except Regent Catherine Collins and Regent Susan W. Mittler, who were excused. Chancellor Lester W. Young, Jr., Regent James E. Cottrell, Regent Frances G. Wills, and Regent Aramina Vega Ferrer also attended the meeting.

MATTERS NOT REQUIRING BOARD ACTION

Proposed Amendment of Section 100.7 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education Relating to the Examination for a High School Equivalency Diploma [ACCES (D) 1] - Department staff presented a proposed regulatory amendment to update provisions relating to the examination for the high school equivalency diploma. 

Deputy Commissioner Ceylane Meyers-Ruff reviewed the items on the Consent Agenda.
