SUMMARY:

Vacancies have occurred on the New York State Independent Living Council, Inc. I recommend that the Board of Regents take the following action:

VOTED: that the following individuals be appointed to fill vacancies on the New York State Independent Living Council, Inc.: Maya Quinn, Michael C. Zich, Eugene R. Hughes and Pratik Patel be appointed to serve three-year terms ending December 31, 2006 and Judith Avner and Mel Tanzman be reappointed to serve three-year terms ending December 31, 2006.
