SUPPLEMENTAL No. 3

 

MOUNT ST. JOSEPH ACADEMY

 

Buffalo, Erie County

 

The board of trustees has petitioned the Board of Regents to form a corporation to operate a nursery school for children 3 to 5 years of age, a kindergarten, and a grade 1 through 8 elementary school.  The Office of Nonpublic School Services recommends that a provisional charter be granted for a period of three years.

THE EMILY N. CAREY HARBOR SCHOOL

 

New York City, New York County

 

The board of trustees has petitioned the Board of Regents to form a corporation to establish a grade 9 through 12 nonpublic high school.  The Office of Nonpublic School Services recommends that a provisional charter be granted for a period of three years.
