T. Andrew Brown was first elected by a joint session of the New York State Legislature to serve a five year term effective April 1, 2012 and again for a second term effective April 1, 2017 representing the 7th Judicial District that includes the counties of Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates.
James E. Cottrell, M.D. was elected by a joint session of the Legislature to a three-year term as an At-Large Member of the New York State Board of Regents.
Kathleen M. Cashin was elected by a joint session of the Legislature to the Board of Regents to a four-year term effective April 1, 2011, representing the 2nd Judicial District representing the borough of Brooklyn. She was again elected to a five-year term effective April 1, 2015.

Christine D. Cea was appointed by a joint session of the New York State Legislature to a five-year term as a member of the New York State Board of Regents effective April 1, 2009. She was again elected to a five-year term effective April 1, 2014. She holds the 17th seat on the Board, representing Staten Island, the newly created XIII Judicial District. Regent Cea brings to the Board her experiences as a researcher, educator, and advocate for individuals with disabilities.
